The school provides an attractive compensation and benefit package based on the candidates’ academic qualifications and work experience. The package includes base annual salary about RMB 120,000 (gross), as well as accommodation, on-the-job training opportunities etc.

岗位职责Responsibilities:
 

1. 承担班主任工作并负责本班级学生学习和生活上的所有支持性事务。

To undertake the job of “Class Supervisor” and to engage with a wide range of student-related activities.
 

2. 负责与学生和家长各种形式的沟通与协调；

To communicate with students and parents;
 

3. 积极参与学校教务处学生处组织的各种教研、培训、讲座等活动；

To take an active role in all kinds of activities such as teaching and researching/ training/ seminars organized by the school and the department;
 

4. 协助外教做好课堂及课后教学辅助工作；

To assist foreign teachers;
 

5. 对学生学业水平和学习潜力进行阶段性评估；

To assess and evaluate on students’ current academic level and potential growth;
 
岗位要求Requirements:
 

1. 全日制本科或硕士学历（具有硕士学历者优先）

Bachelor’s degree or above, candidates with a Master’s degree are preferred;
 

2. 认真、负责、细致，对学生有耐心和责任心；

Patient, reliable, responsible, detailed-oriented;
 

3. 有志于国际教育行业，有较强的合作精神，沟通能力强；

Committed to international education profession; good team player with excellent communication skills;
 

4. 英语听说读写能力优秀，英语口音标准，口语流利，语法基础扎实，能够阅读全英文教学材料；

Good command of English in terms of reading/writing/listening/speaking, with good pronunciation and grammar; capable of reading textbooks in English；
